Several of Bob's short stories have been accepted for future publication:
The short story "thriller" — "The Contract" has been accepted for publication in a future edition of Hardboiled, a noir/crime magazine reminiscent of the pulp fiction mags of the '50s. It is published by Gryphon Books in Brooklyn, New York.
"The Blues in Twelve Bars" has been accepted for June, 2009 publication in moonShine review, "Sweet Daddy’s Big Sanyo" will be included as a reprint in the Gulf Coast Writers’ Anthology "Sweet Tea & Afternoon Tales" slated for publication in June, 2009.
"Down In The Dirt, a literary journal specializing in "revealing all your dirty little secrets" will include "Gypsies in the Twilight Zone" in its August, 2009 issue. The journal is a part of Scars Publications, based in Gurnee, Illinois.
Bob was recently nominated by The Petigru Review for The Pushcart Prize, Best of the Small Press Series. He has also received literary recognition from The Green River Writers’ Association and the Carrie McCray Memorial Literary Awards program.
